Combine each column according to your needs, there are 3 options availableProfile types for the column widths of 130 mm, 175 mm, and 296 mm. All three widths can be combined. For use with jib cranes, we offer the profile types 190 mm x 190 mm and 250 mm x 250 mm.

Profile size, color, featuresThere are five different profile sizes to choose from, ensuring a tailor-made solution for every application. The variety ranges from small and narrow media columns for the simplest requirements to large and solid energy columns, which offer the option of an additional crane boom.
For each of our products, we offer flexible lengths ranging from 500 mm to 6.000 mm, either fully custom or based on a fixed 125 mm grid. Depending on the intended use, the columns can be equipped with modules on two or four sides, as needed.

Energy Columns Mounting Options
Anything is possible: eepos base columns can be anchored to the floor with a base plate, mounted on the ceiling, or installed on an eepos crane. They can also be easily attached to a wall. Energy supply can be routed from below, the side, or from above.

Protection Class
The energy columns are delivered with protection class IP20 as standard. For certain media or upon request, protection class IP54 is also available.

Modules for media columns
Our standardized modules can be installed on one to four sides, depending on the type of energy column. We can also integrate all customer-specific inserts into our product.
- Electricity options include Schuko sockets (230 V/16 A), industrial sockets (CEE 400 V/16 A or 400 V/32 A), main switches, safety windows (4 TE or 12 TE), Harting plugs, and much more.
- Fuse protection options: FI (RCD), LS, and combined FI/LS.
- Water: shut-off valve
- Compressed air options include compressed air couplings, safety quick couplings, supply lines, and shut-off valves.
- Signal options: Industrial connector (400 V/16 A) and 2-way Ethernet.
- Data: Ethernet CAT6
- Empty modules available in 3 sizes, serving as placeholders for future retrofitting.
- Cooling water options: flow and return lines with diameter and pressure customized to customer requirements, including shut-off valves.
- Gas options: N2, O2, according to customer requirements

Energy columns for the workplace
FurnishingNext to the Crane Boom The energy columns can also be used to design workstations with smaller overhead conveyor systems. Our eepos nano series is particularly suitable for this.
The crane boom and the overhead conveyor system are used for material handling, tool holding, e.g. Balancers , and as routing systems for cables and hoses.

Each S4 column is mounted on a steel support, with cable routing from the floor-level energy point, through the media column, and along an XS boom to enable media supply from above to machines.
